Interface: iBlackjack

I’ve been helping out Patrick McCarron with a interface lift of the popular iPhone game iBlackjack. In his current build the carddecks aswell as the playingboard are implemented, and I am pretty satisfied with the overall look. Patrick mentioned that he was thinking about implementing chips in version 2.0, so I added some graphics he could use on a later stage.
